Uganda’s Prime Minister site hacked by Anonymous Hackers

Anonymous Hackers have teamed up with a collective known as The Elite Society and breached the website of the Prime Minister ( and the one of the country’s Justice Law and Order Society ( in support of Ugandan Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) rights activists
“We will not stand by while LGBT Ugandans are victimized, abused and murdered by a ruthless and corrupt government,” the hackers stated.

“#TheEliteSociety and #Anonymous will continue to target Ugandan government sites and communications until the government of Uganda treats all people including LGBT equally and with respect, dignity and immediately ends the arrest and harassment of LGBT.”

The hacktivists have published the encrypted passwords that belong to the administrator of JLOS and they’ve defaced the website.

The site of the Prime Minister has also been defaced to host a fake piece of news entitled “Prime Minister to acknowledge gay pride week.”
